*Sorry I missed posting last Friday’s article because I had some important priorities to do.

On this week of Eijan’s Recommendation, I will discuss one of my favorite TV series of all time and why you should watch it.






Dexter is a drama series that revolves around the life of Dexter Morgan, a forensic bloodstain pattern analyst for the Miami Metro Police Department and on the same time is also a vigilante serial killer. and in my opinion, definitely top 2 of the best currently running TV series out there, just a par behind Mad Men.


Due to some childhood experiences,Dexter needs to kill and see blood frequently, and he also suffers to a mental illness (sociopathy) where he shows antisocial behavior and also lack of remorse especially when killing.

To help cope with his problem, Dexter’s adoptive father, a Miami Cop named Harry Morgan, thought him some rules to follow so that he will never get caught when he is killing and also to make sure Dexter only kills other murderers and killers.


One of the best thing to watch in this series is how Dexter maintain superficial relationships with his adoptive sister and his girlfriend so that he can avoid suspicion. Its cool to watch how Dexter is playing nice with the people around him while you can hear (through narration) his thoughts, like ways to ditch his girlfriend’s birthday so that he can kill some murderer.


Dexter is critically acclaimed TV series, and already won countless of awards.



Dexter stars Michael C. Hall as Dexter Morgan, He won Golden Globe’s Best Actor in a Drama series for this role. Jennifer Carpenter as Dexter’s adoptive sister, Debra Morgan. Lauren Velez as Lt. Maria LaGuerta and David Zayas as Angel Batista, Dexter and Debra’s co-workers in the police department and their supervisors.


so Watch it!! it’s one damn good show
