Do you know what is the difference of a third rate country like us compared to a first rate country like Russia? Well, the main difference is that their tax money are being use to take care of their PEOPLE and even ANIMALS and aren't being corrupt by fucking politicians like here.

Zhora, a chimpanzee who is now on a local zoo has been sent to rehab by the zoo for addiction to cigarettes and booze. According to Reuters, Zhora, a father of several chimpanzee children, picked up the bad habit after doing performances involving beer and cigarettes in his time on the circus. As a result, he turned aggressive and are pestering bystanders to give him booze and smoke, the zoo decided to send the chimp to a respected rehab facility on Kazan, 500 miles south of Moscow.

As you can see, Russia really takes care of their people and animals. Damn, that is how a government should work.
