Movie Review – How to Train your Dragon ~ wish i had my own dragon
Jay Baruchel - Hiccup
Gerard Butler – Stoick the Vast
Christopher Mintz-Plasse - Fishlegs
Jonah Hill - Snotlout
America Ferrera - Astrid
Craig Ferguson – Gobber the Belch
The story takes place in a mythical Viking world where a young Viking teenager named "Hiccup" aspires to follow his tribe's tradition of becoming a dragon slayer. After finally capturing his first dragon, and with his chance at finally gaining the tribe's acceptance, he finds that he no longer has the desire to kill it and instead befriends it.
The movie itself is different from the book, instead of training dragon as the book depicts, the movie instead show the characters fighting dragons, and also there is also a new character introduced in the movie, Astrid, instead being Fishlegs being his best friend/sidekick like in the book, Astrid is now Hiccup’s sidekick and also love interest which is a welcome sight.
It is hard for me to enjoy this kind of movies because they are so cheesy and only childish funny, the last 3d animated film I enjoyed was Toy Story 2 and Aliens vs Monsters, well I’m telling you right now, this one beats all of them, this movie had it all, (humor, Surprises, Drama and even a love story). Another thing i liked with this movie, is on how it was able to use the 3d Effect fully, this was one of the best 3D movies out there, in my opinion, that the 3d effects is much better than Avatar itself. And also Toothless and Hiccup, I feel that their chemistry was one of the best i have ever seen and Toothless’ charisma makes it hard not to like the guy same with Stitch.
This movie is on top of my favorite Animated movie ahead of Toy Story 2.
PROS: It had everything from Child humor to adult humor. It also has one of the best stories out there. The might be the best 3D movie out there, The voice acting were superb, Toothless
CONS: Ending is not child friendly, There are some languages that isn’t for young kinds
RATING: (out of 5 stars)

How to – Installing Microsoft Silverlight Facebook Client
Tired of seeing the same User Interface over and over again when you log in to your Facebook account? Don’t you hate it when you have to navigate to countless screens just to see the photo album of your friend. Well, I have the answer for your prayers, Microsoft Silverlight Facebook client, it is basically a stand alone software that introduces a much appealing UI for your FB and also, checking out photo albums is a lot easier. If i were you, you should give this a try, i’m already using this for a month, and can’t imagine navigating FB without it. The only drawback is that it can’t play application games yet (i don’t play those games anyway) and also it lacks the CHAT function in FB but overall, it is a pretty ok product.
I made a video (i actually made one) so that installing it would be just a breeze, just follow the video.
note: it is better if you tune up your volume and view the video at least 720p, 1080p is the recommended of course.

Blog – Nintendo’s 3DS is coming next year!!
Nintendo has just announced this week that 3DS will be coming before March 2011, with Nintendo hoping to release a press statement at this Year’s E3 event around June.
Here’s the thing that I know about the 3DS, the new 3DS would have a joystick and also a force feedback (vibration) so that the user can feel collisions during game. Also, it would also similar to the DS physical setup, in terms of having 2 screens. It also said that it has better wi-fi capabilities and also a very very long battery supply.
If Sony’s 5 year PSP doesn’t receive any new physical updates from here until next year (psp 2 perhaps?!), it seems that we should be expecting a two way race on Portable Gaming Gadgets next year, with Nintendo’s 3ds battling with Microsoft’s IPAD.
As a note, if Nintendo is planning something similar to this or much better, it seems that the IPAD is in trouble (forget about the PSP, its already old and outdated). This is a video of a game in the DS that uses 3d effects and uses head motion tracking to tell the game where the user is looking so that the game can do the proper adjustment for the 3d effect. THIS IS NOT THE 3DS.

Blog – New Trailer of Predators
If you have been living under a rock for this past 2 decades or so, let me refresh your mind, Predator is a popular Sci-FI movie franchise with a very strong cult following, me being one of them. The first movie was released somewhere around the late 1980’s which starred Arnold “The Governor” Schwarzenegger, the plot of the movie is rather simple, it is basically about a group of marines being hunted down by this Alien specie and eventually Arnold defeated this specie and was the only left standing. Eventually, all the following movie(s) follow this rather simple plot, but the problem is that, rather than following the simple plot, point by point, they decided to add some arcs and twists to the OBVIOUS plot, making the movie plot so stupid and nonsense and also with crappy budgets that led to crappy art designs and actors and also crappy scripts, this led to movies that shouldn’t be watched by anybody, I'm looking at you AVP franchise.
Anyway, the script of this movie has been around Hollywood for more than a decade, until it was green lit, and the good thing about it is that Robert Rodriguez is producing it, if you don’t know who is Robert Rodriguez, well, he is the top protégé of Quentin Tarantino. Robert said that this movie would be loyal to the original , and there are rumors around the internet that Arnold’s character from the original movie is going to have a cameo!! and also the movie’s PLOT IS SIMPLE!!! (see the trailer for the plot)
The one thing I like are movies with simple plot and not those overcomplicated one that are winning the Oscars year after year, because in the EIJAN’s MOVIE THEOREM, movies with simple plots rakes MUCH MUCH MORE money than those movies that wins Oscars with their overcomplicated plot, look for example Hurt Locker, it is considered a financial bust and also The Blind Side. People tend to watch movies with simple plot over and over again, look at Avatar,300, Iron Man.
The movie stars Adrian Brody, Toper Grace and Laurence Fishburne. The predators would be played by Brian Steel (The Relic, Resident Evil: Extinction, The Cave, Hellboy, Underworld, Blade: Trinity, Men in Black II and more) and Derek Mears (Jason Voorhees in Friday the 13th, The Hills Have Eyes II).
Here is the official trailer of the movie

Blog – The Battle of the Motion Controllers has now officially began, Sony trash talks it’s competitor with a funny viral
The battle of the next-gen motion controller is now turning ugly, Sony released a video ad yesterday about their new Motion Controller which is entitled “Playstation Move” and on the video, it pokes fun on its competitors.
To refresh your memory about the competition of Motion Controllers among the big 3 of Gaming Console, let me explain it first.
As you know, Nintendo’s flagship for this battle is the Wii,even though Nintendo is the one that introduced the motion controller 3 years ago, and it seems that the outdated system will be receiving a much needed upgrade, which will be in terms of HD gameplay and also a new controller, Nintendo smartly named the new Wii as Wii HD and it will be released on 2011, unfortunately there are no footages of this upgraded system.
Microsoft would be releasing it’s motion controller or…i should say montion-less conrtoller, called “NATAL” within this year. It is basically a add-on Camera for the X-box 360 which smartly captures movements and even VOICE COMMANDS, here is the AD of NATAL; take note: this is just a publicity ad on how the system will perform, it is still not a guarantee that the system would be that great
As another note, playing with an invisible controller (whatever the game requires) seems to be stupid, i rather touch something solid that wack the air with just my hands, it seems awkward especially on GOLF games.
now for Sony, the Playstation Move seems to be the earliest to be released among the three, there are already gameplay videos around the net and also it seems that it utilized both the NATAL and WII, it uses the nanchaku type controller from the Wii and also the camera and voice recognition feature of the Natal. Here’s the Ad for the MOVE:
Cool ain’t it, and the best thing about it, is that the MOVE will only cost under 100 dollars, 99 dollars perhaps.
now back to the main topic, Here is the funny and yet controversial ad by Sony which it pokes fun with the Wii and Natal
Can’t wait for the MOVE

Blog – Microsoft’s 360 seems to be following Sony’s Footstep
It seems that Microsoft will be following Sony’s footsteps, according to rumors going on the internet, Microsoft would be adapting to the 45nm Processors. Which as a result, the motherboard size would also decrease, in parallel with the physical console case. This can lead to a reduced size of the console, a slimmer version, i’m 100% sure that they will not call it X-Box 360 Slim, but a much cooler name. If my calculation is right, the slimmer version could cost around 200-230 dollars only, which is near the Wii Range and much more cheaper than the PS3 Slim. Its a great time to be a console owners especially with the PS3 MOVE, Microsoft’s Project NATAL and Nintendo’s Wii HD all coming out this year.
here are some pictures of the new motherboard:
Let’s just hope this new motherboard can solve the RED RING OF DEATH issue that is associated with the X-BOX360

Blog – Ubisoft really hates Piracy
Ubisoft developers and publishers of such games as Tom Clancy’s franchise (Rainbow six, Ghost Recon and Splinter Cell), Far Cry franchise and the Assassin’s Creed franchise has shocked the PC world by releasing the PC version of Assassin’s Creed 2 with a new DRM ( Digital Rights Management) scheme. The new scheme requires users to have a uninterrupted internet connection, as each event in the game can only be triggered by having the game communicate with the Ubisoft server. So in other words, if you don’t have internet, well you can’t play the game. This scheme has received negative responses through out the consumers but it seems that Ubisoft aren’t listening and it will be sticking with the new DRM scheme for their upcoming games.
This new DRM scheme has been really effective because 3 weeks since the game’s release, there haven’t been any crack version floating on the internet, the main problem with the DRM scheme was when the server was shut down because of counter measures against hackers, all the consumers weren’t able to play the game until the server was up and running which even though the PC version is much superior to its console counterpart, has received very low scores from game reviews because of this DRM scheme.
With all the leechers complaining about the DRM, i feel that UBISOFT did a risky but rather good job implementing the DRM. Even though there are some squirks, a little fine tuning in the server will bring a huge difference. I think we should truly forget game piracy because if there are more companies who are developing games instead of going bankrupt because of piracy, there would be more good games for us to play. I admit i downloaded pirated games to know if a particular game is any good and if its any good on my PC, but if i really like the game and especially the multiplayer aspect, i make it a goal to buy the original game, it is like my ‘thank you’ to the developers for giving me an unforgettable game.
Oh yeah, my last orig game i bought for the PC was NBA 2k10,GTA 4 and Dirt2 .
As a final word, Screw all those people who are just sitting at home playing some pirated games and complaining like shits to game developers and piraters concerning the games’ DRM, fuck you all! get a job and start buying original products, for god’s sake!!
Peace Out!!
BLOG – Top 3 Computer Myths About Boosting Performance
Anyway, here are some myths in boosting one’s computer’s performance.
1. CLEANING THE REGISTRY via REGISTRY CLEANERS
Registry cleaners are more of a negative than a positive, actually let me correct that, the one thing that registry cleaners do really well, is that they bring you more problems. Registry cleaners are programs that follows a strict algorithm in cleaning the registry and those algorithms are not smart, they delete files that they thought are unnecessary but are essential to other programs. As a result, some of your programs won’t function properly. Let me give you an example, this happened to me 6 years ago, when i was just starting in truly understanding the computer. I did an registry clean and after the clean, my antivirus was almost impossible to use, it kept reminding me of missing files and such that i had to reinstall it, and eventually, i had to reinstall my OS because almost all my programs won’t function properly.
Registry cleaning is dangerous, you will do more harm than good, my tip to you, if your PC is really slow and don’t have the money to upgrade, do some Registry tweaking but please research first on how and if that tweak is really legit, or just leave your PC alone and just live with a slow PC rather than a slow and malfunctioning PC.
2. DEFRAGGING YOUR DRIVE
The famous process for instant boost to PC performance, hate to burst your bubble, but this one is a myth. Back on the day when operating systems and hard disk only had small capacity, this was necessary but now, its just a waste of time. All the latest OS since XP already have automated disk feature which arranges the files more logically and making it almost impossible to have a fragmented drive that it hampers performance. While defragment isn’t harmful, to be honest, its just a waste of time.
3. DISABLING SYSTEM RESTORE
The one thing i don’t like with system restore is the huge space it consumes, on the default, it consumes 33% of space of the hard disk where your OS is installed, i had to tweak my registry so that it only consumes exactly 100GB of my 1TB drive. Common People usually blames system restore for their slow down with their windows. They tend to think that system restore keeps backing up their files on the background, well they are wrong because its a myth. System restore only kicks in after you install a software or when your PC in on Idle and also it only uses a small fraction of your Hard drive bandwidth that it is almost unnoticeable. So, turning off is just stupid because it has no benefits and you just rob yourself of a valuable safety.

Blog – Everyday Looping the IPHONE ~ This is the coolest video yet.
Everyday Looper is a program for the IPHONE and ITOUCH. The main feature of the program is that you can play 4 (5 sec) tracks at the same time and it loops repeatedly.Another cool feature is that you can record a 5 sec track and replace one of the 4 current tracks on the fly or while it is playing in a loop. I have tried this program on my GF’s ITOUCH, and its a bit tricky to use, its hard to create a good song because the 4 tracks should be perfectly timed and also with my very limited musical skills, creating a good song seems to be out of reach. There were few people who was able to use this software properly but not for a song but using it as a metronome or even a synthesizer for their guitar, until this guy appeared.
I’m telling you, this might be one of the coolest video i have seen, somehow the song was kinda good, even good enough for LSS material. Watch it

Blog – 2010’s GAME OF THE YEAR!!
A new gameplay trailer was just released hours ago for MAFIA II, and damn, i’m speechless. My hands were already twitching because i’m so excited to play that game.
I’m making an EARLY PREDICTION that MAFIA II will be this year’s game of the year. I’m telling you right now that you should go to your local retail stores and start pre-ordering a special limited edition of MAFIA II because once the game is released, those special edition will be expensive and very hard to find.
If your living under a rock for the past decade or so, let me refresh it to you, MAFIA was one of the best game that came out on the PS2 but unfortunately it came out past beyond the glory days of PS2, so it didn’t made that much of a noise. In fact, the Console versions were considered bad ports of the PC version, and still it was still one of the best games that came out on the PS2, its that good. Mafia’s AI, Gameplay and Story was the most realistic to be found in any game, and definitely much better than the GTA3,GTA:VC and GTA:SA. The MAFIA series is based on the prime years of the Italian Mafia which is around in the 1930’s. Your character in the game is thug for the local mafia and doing errands until you raise though the ranks. What made Mafia so good was the gameplay, it had the most realistic open world, i mean if you beat a red light, or do 60mph on a 40mph zone, the cops will do everything to bring you to justice and also the damage system is also realistic, one shot from close range from a shotgun means you’re dead and and car accidents caused physical harm to the driver.
They say that MAFIA II will be leap and bounds much better than MAFIA I (2004’s PS2’s game of the year) and because of that i’m confident that this game, will be game of the year, unless Kojima releases a new MGS or Rockstar release another GTA, *LOUD LAUGH, if that happens, i might take my words back.
Here is the new trailer of MAFIA II

Blog – Youtube’s Closed Caption Transcibe Audio is so much of a FAIL that it is a WIN!!
Youtube has a new feature, it is still in the Beta Stages, it is called Transcribe Audio. Transcribe Audio is basically will try to auto caption the dialogue in the video, unfortunately, it can only transcribe the English language and not yet available in Filipino. I tried using it on one of my past unboxing video, and my god, the result was so freakin’ funny.
To enable the TRANSCRIBE AUDIO. Play the video, then hover your mouse on the button with an UP ARROW, then click CC,it should turn bright red then after that, hover your mouse on the LEFT ARROW which is adjacent to the CC and then select TRANSCRIBE AUDIO
The next video is Chris Pirillo playing with the Transcribe Audio, its so funny because the caption was so inaccurate that it is hilarious.

Blog – Basics of Overclocking a PC
This is a long awaited post concerning overclocking, to start it off, i will talk about the basics of overclocking.
*NOTE: I WILL TRY TO DISCUSS OVERCLOCKING IN THE SIMPLEST WAY
WHAT IS OVERCLOCKING?
Overclocking is basically making the hardware part run beyond it’s factory setting. In other words, if i have a Q6600 Core 2 Quad CPU rated @ 2.4Ghz and if i were to change its setting to 2.8Ghz, its already considered an overclock which is 0.4ghz above the factory setting. If i were to explain in layman’s term, if your CPU was a runner, and his capacity was to run around a maximum speed of 10mph, then overclocking it is like making the runner run at 15 mph.
WHY OVERCLOCK A PC?
The main reason behind overclocking a PC is to obtain more peformance without additional cost. Its like making my q6600 (a 3 year old CPU) on par with the new Intel Core i7 920 without needing to upgrade my motherboard and cpu and in the process, saving me at least 600 dollars.
WHAT ARE THE CONS IN OVERCLOCKING?
As explained above, there is a huge benefit in oveclocking but as huge the benefit is, the cons are much much greater. When overclocking, you will encounter tons of problems first before getting your desired result. The main cons in overclocking are PC instability and hardware failure. PC instability is the most frequent problem among oveclocked PC, an instable PC usually have the following symptoms: PC hangs randomly, Random restarts, and PC wont Post. While Hardware failure is a serious con and also frequent among people who doesn’t know how to overclock properly. Hardware failure is damaging the overclocked hardware permanently and not able to use it anymore. The main reason behind hardware failure is that the hardware device operated beyond its temperature limit.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO MONITOR IN OVERCLOCKING
When overclocking, you should monitor your hardware’s temperature and voltages. Overclocked hardwares are performing beyond their factory settings, so their temperatures and voltages are also beyond their factory temperatures and voltages. You should first research your hardware’s temperature and voltage limits first before overclocking.
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE OVERCLOCKING
There are 2 main hardwares that you can overclock the CPU and VIDEOCARD
-CPU
- When overclocking the cpu you should know this formula:
“FRONT SIDE BUS * CPU MULTIPLIER = CPU SPEED”
eg: Q6600 stock setting ~ 266 FSB * 9 CPU Multiplier = 2.4 GHZ
Q6600 Overclocked setting ~ 311 FSB * 9 CPU Multiplier = 2.8 GHZ
The basic things that you can change in overclocking a cpu is you can change the FSB and also the multiplier but also be beware of the voltage and also the RAM frequency, once you change the FSB, the ram frequency also changes and a higher FSB will require you to bump up the voltage of the CPU. You should be also aware of the ram frequency because it a higher FSB will change the ram frequency and if its beyond the Ram frequency limit, you will have an unstable PC.
-GPU (Graphics Processor Unit, Videocard)
This is where hardware failure is frequent because people always try to push their GPU beyond its limit.
The thing you can change the Core Clock and Memory clock, and finding a stable setting between these two will take a lot of work as in a lot of work. A classic example would be finding a stable setting and then testing it on a stability test that runs for 2 hours, and then after passing that test, you decide to play the game, once the game launches, it immediately crashes. Its one of those times that being an overclocker is irritating. Finding a stable core clock and memory clock is like finding a needle in a haystack but once found the feeling is priceless.
LASTLY, THINGS NEEDED TO OVERCLOCK
- TONS OF PATIENCE – Overclocking will take countless of hours and countless of restart. Patience is required, overclocking a PC would take about a week or so of use and testing, and after that, if your PC does not suffer a hang, it is already considered a stable PC.
- THIRD PARTY HARDWARE – Third party cpu coolers are required because of the heat generated by the overclocked hardware are sometimes beyond the stock cooler’s limit
- MONITORING SOFTWARE - Monitoring softwares are required to monitor the temperature and voltages of your PC.
- TESTING SOFTWARE – A testing software is required to test your PC to its limit if its stable
- OVERCLOCKING SOFTWARE – GPU requires an overclocking software and also the CPU requires one also but you can change the cpu on the BIOS menu.
Here are some softwares i recommend in overclocking and monitoring your PC. NOTE: GOOGLE THEM, they are usually free
ATITool - ATI OC Utility
ATI Tray Tools - Great OC/Graphics Tool
nVHardPage - GeForce Tweaker
Nvidia BIOS Editor - BIOS Editor
Overclockulator - OC Calculator
RivaTuner - GPU Tweaking Utility
PowerStrip - Overclocking Tool
3D Mark 06 - DirectX 9
PC Mark VANTAGE – DirectX 10
Aquamark3 - DirectX 9
Fraps - Tracks FPS and records video
System Benchmarking:
Everest Ultimate
nBench - Unix Benchmark
TESTING AND MONITORING TOOLS
CPU-Z – My fave, to identify your pc
HW MONITOR – Another fave, Monitors your Temp and Voltages
PRIME95 – CPU Testing, will stress your CPU to its limit
MEMTEST86 – Will test your RAM if you are stable
HD Tune - Harddrive Testing
I’ll post tomorrow the benchmark of ‘CORDOBA’ and its overclocked settings

Software Review – Webroot Antivirus with SpySweeper
One thing I hate are viruses that turn your desktop into a POP UP generating machine. So to counter this threat, you will need a good antivirus to counter these viruses. RANT COMING, so guys, please invest on a good antivirus once a year, for only 2-3k pesos, the price is really worth it for all the troubleshooting hours you will save. And to all those who are using AVIRA or AVG or any free antivirus there, are you dumb or what?!!? don’t you get it, the antivirus you’re using is free, so those hackers has access on it and they can easily manipulate their virus to bypass the security of your antivirus. So c’mon people, spend your money on a good antivirus and stop wasting your money on unnecessary things.
I have been using this antivirus for 3 months and this one of the best antivirus i have used in a very long time. I have used premiere antivirus such as Mcafee, Norton, Kaspersky, Eset Nod32 and Bitdefender. So how is Webroot Antivirus with SpySweeper much better than all of the antivirus mentioned above: First, its better than Mcafee and Norton because its start up time is almost 1 to 2 seconds only compared to the slow start up time of Mcafee and Norton which is around 30-60 seconds. It is better than Kaspersky and Nod32 because the subscription fee of Webroot is a lot cheaper while the features and security is better than those two. I was using Bitdefender for the last 3 years but because of Bitdefender 2010’s buggy security and DLL files which caused me losing the internet connection every hour or so and the only thing to do to restore my connection is to restart the antivirus which is very hard to do by the way, and eventually restarting the PC will be the only choice. I was really turned off by that and upon researching I found out that Webroot has their own antivirus (already a fan of their Spysweeper and Window Washer since 2004)and that’s how i end up using Webroot Antivirus with SpySweeper and i might say, its a lot better than Bitdefender and also it has a fast response to security threats. If you want to test your Antivirus security, try this code:
X5O!P%@AP[4\PZX54(P^)7CC)7}$EICAR-STANDARD-ANTIVIRUS-TEST-FILE!$H+H*
Copy and paste on a notepad and save it as *.exe where * is any name you want, don’t worry, it is only a test virus and completely safe; to know that your antivirus is functioning and if your antivirus is any good, it should immediately detect the virus once you press the save button.
Like everything else, Webroot isn’t perfect but those cons are more of a user preference rather than imperfection with the software. The thing i don’t like with Webroot is how nosy the warning messaging are, to the point that the warning message can easily minimize your game that you are playing which is kinda irrating but i recently learned that you can turn off those warning message off through the settings. Another thing that i feel missing is the Antiphising, i know that the latest browsers have their own AntiPhising features already but it doesn’t hurt to have a backup. And lastly, one thing i think that the developers should add in the future is security on the IM window, Bitdefender has this feature and its a very cool feature, it can stop bogus links, i really miss that and i hope they add that in the future. But overall, this is the best antivirus i have used in a long time.
PROS
- CHEAP SUBSCRIPTION FEE
- REALLY FAST START UP TIME
- TONS OF FEATURE
- GREAT SECURITY
- THE BEST ANTISPYWARE OUT THERE
- USES MINIMAL RESOURCES
CONS
- NO ANTIPHISING
- NO IM PROTECTION
RATING: (out of 5 stars)

Warning – For those few remaining XP users out there
I really don’t know why I'm telling you this, because first of all, you shouldn’t be using a 9 Year old OS like XP anyway. C’mon guys, stop mopping and already move to Snow Leopard or Windows 7. Well anyway, for all the remaining XP users, read this:
=================
If you're browsing the web today and see a notice that you should press the F1 key (the traditional button used to get "help" in any application), don't do it.
Microsoft is warning of a brand new exploit that can cause computers running Windows XP and using the Internet Explorer web browser to become infected with malware at the push of a button: Specifically, the F1 button.
The flaw is part of the way Visual Basic and Windows Help are implemented within IE, the upshot being that a clever hacker can code a dialog box that will allow the running of any code the hacker wants. Traditionally this means installing any kind of malware or virus on the victim's PC that a hacker desires.
The good news is that this exploit isn't extremely dangerous because it does require user interaction to install itself. Unlike some recent exploits, merely visiting an infected website won't cause harm to your computer: You actually have to "push a button" to be affected.
The bad news is that the F1 button has always been seen as harmless, more so than simply clicking "OK" on the average prompt you might see. When dismissed, the prompt can also be coded to pop up repeatedly, so getting rid of it might not be simple.
Microsoft is advising users that, until a patch can be written and released, users are advised not to press the F1 key while web browsing. No matter how many pop-ups and alerts a user receives, as long as F1 is not pressed this attack will not succeed.
Microsoft has not announced a timeline for the fix, but its next patch release is due on March 9. Hang tight, but don't ask for "help."

Suggestion – Kitchen Nightmares
This show is about Chef Gordon Ramsay spending a week with a failing restaurant in an attempt to revive the business. What makes this show good, is how the chefs and owners of the failing restaurants are so hard asses in the beginning of the show, to the point that they are ignoring all their wrong doings that makes their restaurant into a mess. And on the end of the show, about 90% of the time, these owners and chefs follows Ramsay’s advice and realizes their mistakes. The way that Ramsay talks to the owners and chefs is an entertaining one because Ramsay doesn’t hold back with his profanities and with all those dirty language is that Gordon is genuinely seems invested in the fate of each restaurant.
Here is a video of my favorite scene in Kitchen Nightmare,Ramsay and a French Chef who wont follow Ramsey’s advice because of his ego and according to him, He was voted best chef in TOWN, so he doesn’t need to listen to Gordon. Note: Gordon isn’t a fan of French chef because they are so ignorant.

My main concern here is about the yearly development. I feel that the yearly development is just to fast for the developers, before this year, Activision has been releasing Call of Duty games every 2 years, so if you do the math, each developer had 4 years to polished the game and on a yearly release, it will only give each developer 2 years which i feel is just to fast to create and polish a game. Well, if Activision can pull this off, Hats off to them, and if not, i think they should blame Activision's officer for this greedy plan. I think they are thinking that the multiplayer will carry the game to commercial success but i hope the single player wouldn't take a hit. *As a note: the Heads of Infinity Wards were fired by Activision, it seems that they are having conflict with the direction of the Call of Duty games, more particularly, the release dates.
That's all for now

Blog - This is how a government should be using our Tax Money, instead of PISSING it away
Zhora, a chimpanzee who is now on a local zoo has been sent to rehab by the zoo for addiction to cigarettes and booze. According to Reuters, Zhora, a father of several chimpanzee children, picked up the bad habit after doing performances involving beer and cigarettes in his time on the circus. As a result, he turned aggressive and are pestering bystanders to give him booze and smoke, the zoo decided to send the chimp to a respected rehab facility on Kazan, 500 miles south of Moscow.
As you can see, Russia really takes care of their people and animals. Damn, that is how a government should work.

Blog - SSD is the future!
SSD drives are said to perform a lot faster compared to your ordinary hard disk drive because they have no moving part unlike in your hard disk where the magnetic tip has to wait for the certain part of the spinning hard disk to touch it so that it can collect the data needed. But as of now, there are still some few issues with the SSD drives, the first issue is the price per byte, SSD are really expensive, twice to thrice the price of your normal Hard disk but only has less than or equal to 1/3 of the normal HD capacity. There are some issues with the on board controller, every SSD that are not using the INTEL chip, have issues with slowness when doing both Read and write at the same time, and also its been suffering to Wear levelling, SSD becomes slower when used very often, and most important issue is that the SSD are becoming really slow when there are little space left, like your ordinary RAM, but fear not, give it a year or two, SSD will be the new norm in PC storage, EIJAN GUARANTEES IT!
Blog - StarCraft II -- Changes in the Terran Race
I'm not that addicted to starcraft to begin with, this type of RTS doesn't suit me, i don't like games that are determined by how fast your APS (actions per second), i'm more of a thinking kind of RTS guy, i prefer the Total War series than this franchise, but not to be misunderstood, I liked Starcraft because of it's story, the political struggle between races and the morality of the main character's choices makes this game truly unique. Like the many fans out there, i'm really excited for its release not because of its multiplayer capabilities but for it's story, the ending of the last game was kinda very open, i can't wait for the story to pan out.
The video below shows some of the changes on the Terran Race
That's all for now
