I highlighted all the new spoilers that i will be talking about in this post
Video Card
The Radeon 5770 is part of the 5000 series of ATI, this series are the first video card that support DX11, i chose the 5770 because its the perfect mid-budget card, its above those budget cards and below those 'for enthusiast only' cards. And i'm only using one 1440x900 lcd monitor, and if i were to take a new monitor and if the vidcard struggles with the resolution then Crossfire is another cheap alternative. 2x 5770 is a lot cheaper than a single 5800 card which ranges from 18-21k here in the Philippines. As you can see the crossfire is almost as close as the 25k 5870

CPU COOLER
A good cpu cooler is a must especially if your to overclock the CPU, it will make tons of difference. My original plan was to go with the expensive and yet sick ass looking Cooler Master V8 but when i read it's benchmarking i wasn't impressed with its cooling ability, its aesthetic might look sick but its performance per value is very bad, so i had to look for another cooler and i found this, the OCZ Vendetta2. The Vendetta 2 only costs 1,700 here in the Philippines compared to the 2.8k price of the V8, but the Vendetta 2 has the best air cooling, only the water cooling beats it. Here are some benchies of the Vendetta 2, this cooler has the best Price per Celsius performance, OCZ is now becoming my favorite brand because of their straight to the point products

POWER SUPPLY UNIT
A good PSU is a must, that's why i'm going with the SILVERSTONE ST50F 500w modular PSU, Silverstone is one more the top tier brands in computer parts, and their Power supplies has the best efficiency. I chose this PSU because i tried calculating my load and if my calculation is right, my system only uses 425W in full load (which doesn't happen anyway) and going with a higher PSU is out of the question, another cool feature of this PSU is that it's modular, which means you can easily remove all the wires that is not connected to your system for better cable management and more importantly, for better airflow.
Well that's all for now, tune in tomorrow for the rest of the spoilers
Peace Out!
